Financial Analyst --> Prague-Anděl

As Financial Analyst reporting to manager based in London you will cooperate with the finance teams across the globe and shared services in Prague, and Kuala Lumpur to ensure the accuracy of the financial information. In addition you will be assisting in the analysis of the actuals to budget and forecast reporting, as well as the preparation and presentation of these.

3 areas of main responsibilities:

• Consolidate information received from finance teams within the system to analyse variances against budget and previous year
• Prepare monthly analysis for Regional management and budget owners, including full analysis in line with operational data
• Build a strong communication structure with key stakeholders, including Group FP&A, Assistance BL Finance, local finance teams, Global Shared Services and budget owners.
• Assist with preparing, loading and analysis of Budgets and forecasts
• Participate in the target setting and budgeting/forecasting process for P&L performance
• Coordinate collection and production of budget information
• Responding to and resolving ad hoc queries from Group FP&A, Regional management and other Intl.SOS entities

We require:

• Proven analytical or accounting experience
• Good organizational skill to set the priorities
• Proactiveness - You don't sit and wait for another task, but ask for it
• High level of Excel skills
• Advanced written and spoken English
